Community Camping 7-31st August
Gaunts House welcomes you to an our community camping month. We are offering an affordable chance to come from anywhere from 2 days up to three weeks to relax, be with the land and enjoy the space and peace.
Gaunts Community ‘Open’ Camping Month: 7th-31st August: Drop in camping ( 2-night minimum stay per time). Leading on from the Re-Union we are offering families & friends of Gaunts the opportunity to be at Gaunts during the month of August. This could be a time just to be with the beauty of the land / engage in a personal retreat / join in with various garden projects.
During this period there will be a chance to rest and Be in the peace and tranquillity of the peace and landscapes at Gaunts House. The camping area will be on the front lawn near the shower and loo block. There you will be free to rest and relax in the grounds, take walks through the woods, swim in the pool, explore the surrounding area and perhaps join one of the community suppers in the main dining room. (at additional costs and subject to it happening). Cooking is allowed on stoves, but we have a no fire policy. There is a fire pit though which may be used. (Firewood extra charge)
