Event title Gaunts House Spring Festival
Where: Gaunts House - Dorset
Category: Daytime Event

Event description:

bluebells.jpgSpring is a glorious time with the countryside bursting into bloom to the accompaniment of joyous birdsong so what better time would there be to spend a weekend here at Gaunts.  Acres of rolling fields and woodland surround the interesting gothic mansion all of which is there for you to explore either alone or on a guided walk with our gardeners.

Arrive on Friday afternoon in time for tea, stay for the weekend in one of our spacious bedrooms, enjoy delicious home cooked vegetarian fayre, participate in a yoga or tai chi session, have a relaxing therapy and try one of the workshops.  (There will be further details about these later).

On Saturday night there will be entertainment and dancing.  Children of all ages will be more than welcome and there will be organised activities during the day which encourage them to be creative and imaginative.  If you are local and just want to come for the day or just a few hours then just come along – a warm welcome awaits you.

daffodils10.jpgThere will be no entrance charge but workshops, refreshments and meals charged accordingly.  Costs for room and breakfast and for the evening entertainment are available on request.

We all feel the need to ‘get away from it all’ from time to time, so come and relax with us and escape  the hurly burly of everyday busy lives.  More than likely you will go away feeling refreshed and rejuvenated!
