The extraordinary advantages of Gaunts - the peace, the space, the nature, the intention - lend themselves to city people to 'get out' and experience both the beauty and tranquillity of the countryside and the energy that is Gaunts. "At home" weekends are relaxed and simply structured to allow rest and freedom, and as much involvement as is sought.
Arrive Friday for Tea and meet your host and other friends for the weekend. Friday is settling-in time and a lazy evening after supper. A walk is offered on Saturday morning followed by coffee and a session of 'Conversations' up until lunchtime. The afternoon is free to teatime, when a creative session, or introduction to Profound Learning session, is offered. Saturday evening is spent how the 'at home' folk collectively choose, which could be an event or songs and stories in the bar. Sunday morning follows the Saturday plan. The weekend ends after lunch on Sunday.
